Built around one frustration
Ring a locksmith and you usually have no idea who will turn up, when, or what it will cost. Northside Locksmith Co runs it the other way round. A real person answers, your price is agreed before dispatch, and the technician who arrives is licensed, insured, police-checked and carrying photo ID.
Local, not a franchise
We are not a national brand buying leads and subcontracting them out. Every technician on our books lives and works in Melbourne. They know which buildings run restricted key systems, which period homes still have original hardware, and how to open a door without wrecking the frame.
Mobile by design
There is no shopfront, deliberately. Our technicians work across Melbourne's north rather than dispatching from one depot, which is how we hold 20 minute arrival times across the inner and middle suburbs.
What we will not do
We will not quote low on the phone and revise it on your doorstep. We will not drill a lock that can be picked. We will not sell you hardware you do not need. And if we cannot solve your problem, you do not pay — not a reduced rate, nothing.
